Architectural Finishes

A flurry of activity greets them, Formula One team members darting back and forth between garages and a sea of people to navigate. In Las Vegas, Pirelli is one of the first buildings on the right, a wall of glass allowing people to glance at their operations. The second ‘garage’ of sorts before reaching the F1 teams bears a familiar name — Ramsay’s Garage.

The bright lights reflect off the deep red exterior, and the name is written in a retro font. Skinny lights hang like icicles from the ceiling as you walk in, bringing a modern look to the venue. The garage is a food-focused trackside experience for fans, three days filled with different cuisines.

The presence of Gordon Ramsay’s $35,000 VIP experience in the Las Vegas Grand Prix paddock didn’t come as a complete surprise, considering the celebrity chef’s long-time connection with the sport. Every once in a while during the season, the 58-year-old can be spotted on the grid or roaming the paddock, popping up at locations like the United States GP in Austin, Texas, and the British GP in Silverstone, England, this year (which is 40 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, where he lived as a young kid).
